Monaghan Rose 2012
Congratulations to CAOIMNE FLANAGAN from Cremartin who was crowned the 2012 Monaghan Rose at the Rose selection night held in front of a capacity crowd here on Sunday the 29th of April. 17 fantastically accomplished young women from all over Monaghan took to the stage and certainly didn’t leave anything easy for the judging panel which was made up of former international Roses and Escorts.
However Caoimhe captured their hearts and now goes onto represent Monaghan in the regional finals in Portlaoise, Co. Laois from July 27th to May 4th. Here Caoimhe will compete against up to 70 other Irish and international Roses from all over the world for the remaining places in the Dome at this year’s International Rose of Tralee festival in August.
