Irish Bog Snorkelling Championship
Bog snorkelling is a sporting event that consists of competitors completing two consecutive lengths of a 60-yard (55 m) water filled trench cut through a peat bog, in the shortest time possible.
Competitors must wear snorkels and flippers, and complete the course without using conventional swimming strokes, relying on flipper power alone.

Annual Patrick Kavanagh Weekend
Based in the Patrick Kavanagh Centre, Inniskeen - the weekend comprises workshop, tours, music, song and poetry to commemmorate the poet.

Set in various locations in Armagh, Keady and his homeplace of Derrynoose, this annual festival honours on of County Armagh's best known musicians and singers. Sessions and concerts will take place.
